YOUR ROLE
Do you enjoy understanding how things work, improving processes, and collaborating with different teams to deliver high-quality products?
We are looking for a rigorous and proactive individual to support our manufacturing projects in a cutting-edge technological environment. You will contribute to the development of innovative prototypes in collaboration with our technical teams.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in a manufacturing environment (production, processes, quality, continuous improvement) who wishes to leverage their expertise on stimulating and diverse projects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate the progress of prototype production batches through various manufacturing stages.
- Ensure quality follow-up of products in process (inspection, data collection, and analysis).
- Support technical teams in trials, testing, and development activities.
- Compile and organize data required for technical report writing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (quality, efficiency, timelines, costs).
- Contribute to production and quality follow-up meetings.
- Train and support team members in the use of equipment.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and managers to ensure project success.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma (DES) or vocational diploma (DEP) in a relevant field
- Significant experience in a manufacturing environment (production, processes, quality, or operations)
- Strong attention to detail and rigor
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- Team spirit and strong collaboration skills
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Interest in continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Comfort working in a constantly evolving environment
