ISEQ is a provincial NPO that serves all administrative regions of Quebec under the Government of Quebec’s ACCORD program.

Its founding in 2018 was made possible by support from the governments of Quebec and Canada and through the merger of four regional groups: CISEQ, RIE, ÉLectro Mauricie and AMEQ.
