Sorex Sensors Ltd is a spin out company of the University Of Cambridge, the University of Warwick and the University  Polytechnic of Madrid (UPM) founded in 2017. The company focuses on the development of highly-sensitive mass sensors based on Film Bulk Acoustic Wave Resonators (FBARs). Sorex Sensors released its first product at the end of 2019, has transferred the fabrication process to 8-inch MEMS foundry and is currently focusing on the development of selective sensor arrays for gas and particle detection in the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) monitoring market.
