Reliability

Reliability

14 August 2017

In the past, reliability was dictated by the 5 min rule: when a cathedral was built, the workers removed the scaffolding and waited 5 min, if the structure remained in place, it was certified to hold for centuries. Nowadays, we can’t rely on the 5 min rule, which is why several organizations have implemented protocols and standards (Jedec, MIL, etc.) to ensure the reliability of electronic systems. At C2MI we can help you reduce the risks of starting your products by performing temperature cycling tests that can range from -65°C à 150°C with or without voltage and high humidity tests to name just a few.
