JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a motivated Microelectronics Operator to join our operations team on the evening shift. This is a permanent, full-time position.

The operator will play a key role in the preparation, dicing, inspection, and production of microelectronic devices, following established parameters to ensure product quality and integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare wafers, configure machine recipes, and ensure safe start-up procedures.
  • Perform laser dicing operations.
  • Operate back grinding equipment
  • Perform mechanical dicing using diamond blades.
  • Conduct inspections, quality control, and validations.
  • Document production data and ensure traceability.
  • Support receiving, lot preparation, packaging, and shipping activities.
  • Communicate effectively with technical leads and team members.
  • Share information related to processes and production lots.
  • Detect anomalies during dicing and grinding operations.
  • Operate additional assembly equipment as needed.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and corrective actions.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of office software tools.
  • Ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
