JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you looking to grow in a high-tech environment where precision, quality, and innovation are at the core of operations?

We are currently seeking a Microelectronics Dicing Process Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for specialized equipment used in the preparation and singulation of microelectronic devices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate, adjust, and perform required checks on grinding, laser dicing, and mechanical cutting equipment.
  • Perform quality control and critical inspections while ensuring complete and compliant documentation.
  • Document production data, deviations, and experimental results.
  • Prepare lots: receiving, preliminary inspection, packaging, and shipping.
  • Diagnose and correct process deviations.
  • Collaborate with technical leads in problem analysis.
  • Support and train operators as needed.
  • Understand equipment operation and program certain assembly routines.
  • Operate or support additional equipment as required.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma (DEC) in electronics, instrumentation, engineering physics, or a related field
  • Availability to work evening shift (3:30 PM to midnight)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or high-tech environment
  • Ability to interpret complex technical instructions
  • Proficiency with office software tools
  • Good understanding of technical English (client documentation is in English)
  • Strong attention to detail, autonomy, rigor, and observational skills
