JOB DESCRIPTION
The MEMS Manufacturing Operator carries out manufacturing and process support tasks in a microelectronics factory. The role involves carrying out manufacturing operations, handling batches and collecting data, in accordance with established procedures, quality standards and the requirements of the technical team. The role primarily contributes to the efficient execution of production activities and the smooth running of laboratory projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Carrying out manufacturing operations
- Preparing batches and the equipment required for operations
- Carrying out production steps in accordance with work instructions (processes, handling, batch transfer)
- Ensure the safe handling of products and equipment
Support for production activities
- Assist with trials, tests and technical activities in support of the teams
- Maintain inventory and order in the batches under production
- Participate in the cleaning, preparation and maintenance of workstations
Quality control and data collection
- Carry out simple visual inspections in accordance with established criteria
- Collect and record production data in the required tools
Monitoring operations
- Carry out basic monitoring of batches (status, location, completed stages)
- Communicate relevant information to team members
- Participate in team meetings
DESIRED PROFILE
Requirements
- High school diploma (DES)
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment (an advantage)
- Ability to work in a research and development environment
Skills
- Meticulousness and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
- Basic ability to work independently
