JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a motivated Microelectronics Operator to join our operations team on the evening shift. This is a permanent, full-time position.
The operator will play a key role in the preparation, dicing, inspection, and production of microelectronic devices, following established parameters to ensure product quality and integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare wafers, configure machine recipes, and ensure safe start-up procedures.
- Perform laser dicing operations.
- Operate back grinding equipment
- Perform mechanical dicing using diamond blades.
- Conduct inspections, quality control, and validations.
- Document production data and ensure traceability.
- Support receiving, lot preparation, packaging, and shipping activities.
- Communicate effectively with technical leads and team members.
- Share information related to processes and production lots.
- Detect anomalies during dicing and grinding operations.
- Operate additional assembly equipment as needed.
- Participate in troubleshooting and corrective actions.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of office software tools.
- Ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
